Recently, two sets of pcs of Golen Power were sent to Shaanxi.

The series production is a centralized PCS with transformer, which provides an interface between the grid and the DC bus, can effectively control the power resources, well balance the difference in electricity consumption between day&night and different seasons, adjust the surplus&shortfall and ensure the safety of the grid. When the grid is abnormal, the PCS can switches to off-grid mode to ensure the stability of emergency load power supply.

This series production adopts advanced digital control technology to optimize the control performance and improve the reliability of the system, which is suitable for charging and discharging needs of different battery.

Product Feature

Mode Introduction

1 On-grid mode

You can set constant voltage mode or constant power mode in the mode of on-grid .

Constant voltage mode, achieve constant DC bus voltage through the inverter constant voltage and rectifier constant voltage ;

Inverter constant voltage

If the DC bus voltage continues to rise, the centralized PCS will discharge to the grid after reversing, to keep the DC bus voltage constant.

Rectifier constant voltage

The system detects the voltage of the DC bus in real time. When the voltage of the DC bus decreases, PCS will output the electric power of the grid at constant voltage, to keep the voltage of the DC bus constant.

In constant power mode, the centralized PCS maintains constant rectifier power or inverter power operation within the safe voltage range.


2 Off-grid mode

The centralized PCS has both on-grid and off-grid functions. It can be set by the touch screen of the host computer or PCS when required. It provides AC power of constant voltage and constant frequency to the load in the mode.


Product Functionality

1 Basic Functionality

On-grid operation

PCS is directly connected to the grid, and can output energy to the grid through the DC bus, or absorb energy from the power grid to the DC bus, to achieve bi-directional energy flow;

Off-grid inverter 

PCS can operate independently to provide load power supply in the case of no grid ;

Switch between on-grid and off-grid

In the mode of on-grid, the centralized PCS can directly switch between the station of charging and discharging without entering the standby station. Independent inverter can only run in the case of no grid;

Redundant parallel connection

The centralized PCS can improve the redundancy, capacity and reliability of the system through redundancy parallel in large-scale applications, .


2 Low voltage traversal capability

When the voltage at the grid-connected point of the generating station drops to 0, the generating station shall be able to operate continuously without going off-grid for 0.15s.

3 Reactive power control

PCS is capable of controlling the power factor and reactive power ratio. The control of power factor and reactive power given should be achieved by injecting reactive power;

PCS is is able to realize this function when performing both rectification and inversion. Reactive power Settings by the upper computer or touch screen.


4 Stabilize the output voltage and frequency

PCS under the on-grid system can adjust the output voltage and frequency stability by controlling the reactive power and active power. In order to realize this function, it is necessary to build a large-scale energy storage power station.
